President and Lead Architect

Matt Roesler, AIA, is a licensed Texas architect with over 45 years of experience in commercial architecture and project management. He holds degrees from Texas A&M University and Blinn College and has led projects in government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His expertise includes project management, construction oversight, code analysis, cost estimation, and renovation. A proponent of sustainable design, he specializes in Passive House net-zero energy solutions. Matt is an active member of AIA, the Texas Society of Architects, and the Construction Specifications Institute, holding certifications in asbestos abatement, ADA compliance, and AutoCAD. He is also committed to community service through various organizations.
   

Eric Tyner
Architect

Eric knew from a young age that he wanted to be an architect, and that passion has driven his career. A graduate of the University of Houston's Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture, he is now the production manager at RAI, involved in nearly every project at the firm. His portfolio includes commercial high-rises, mission-critical buildings, hospitality work, commercial renovation, residential interiors, multi-family residential, and historical preservation. Skilled in LEED and PHIUS design, he prioritizes environmentally friendly architecture. Eric lives in Houston with his wife and two children, engaging in their academic, theatrical, and athletic activities. He enjoys coffee, family adventures, drawing, reading, and relaxing by a fire.

 

   
Jeni O'Quinn, AA, BA, MA, TBAE- RA, LEEDap
Senior Architect
 
Jeni has over 25 years of experience in architecture, excelling in design, production, technical expertise, construction administration, and project management. She has successfully led and contributed to diverse projects, including Higher Education, K-12, Science & Technology, Religious, Industrial, Civic, Commercial, and Residential sectors, with project values up to $30 million. In her recent role with the City of San Antonio, she managed project budgets, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and coordinated design/engineering and construction teams. Jeni is known for her leadership, effectively guiding teams through tight deadlines and budgets while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
   
Chris Whitehead, MOSE, A+,GCSS, EMT-B
Senior Lead IT Support Specialist
 

With a wealth of over twenty years' experience in information technology, Chris possesses a diverse skill set spanning from Microsoft Windows and Office to Mac OS and the Adobe Suite, among others. His primary responsibility lies in the upkeep of all technological infrastructure within the office, ranging from iPads to desktops and printers. Additionally, Chris takes charge of training team members on the utilization of new technologies and software. He also assumes responsibility for the design and implementation of the RAI website. Amidst these duties, he diligently maintains in-house networks and coordinates team projects as the scheduler.
